Electrix.solar has officially expanded into Iberia, with the delivery of the Aurora Hybrid Plant in Andalusia marking our first major project in the region.

Spain offers some of the highest solar irradiance in Europe, making it a natural market for high-yield photovoltaics paired with storage. Aurora — 95 MWp of solar co-located with 40 MWh of batteries — showcases the hybrid model we believe will define the next phase of the energy transition.

Building local capability

Expansion is not just about projects; it is about people. We are establishing a local team in the region, combining on-the-ground market knowledge with the engineering and construction expertise that has defined Electrix.solar since our founding.

This is the first of several investments planned for the Iberian peninsula as we grow our European footprint.
